At Navy
2018: Did not compete with Navy Lightweight Crew as a junior
2017: Coxswain of the second varsity eight throughout the regular season and at the Eastern Sprints; won bronze with 2V8 at Eastern Sprints and National Champion with V4+ at IRA Championships
2016: Served as a coxswain for the fourth varsity crew in five regular season meets, as well as the Eastern Sprints.

Prior to Navy
Participated in cross country and track & field during high school with six combined letters at Cypress Bay and one each at Naples American High School in Campania, Italy ... Won cross country championships with Naples American in 2011 DODDS-Europe Division II and at Cypress Bay in 2013 and 2014 as FHSAA District Champions ... Served as team captain for Cypress Bay’s cross country program in 2013 and 2014 and its track & field program from 2013 through 2015.

Son of Brendon and Brenda ... Father is a member of the United States Marine Corps and such, Cullen has lived in California, Arizona, Japan, Argentina, Italy and Florida ... Grandfather Gregory Harper (1971) and uncle Neil Szymczak (2006) are graduates of the United States Naval Academy
