- Was one of three Mids to score in the discus throw
- Had a season-best hammer toss of 148-6 to place sixth at the Navy Quad Meet
- Top weight throw of the season was a mark of 46-8¾ at the Wesley Brown Invitational
High School / Personal: - A 2010 graduate of Fauquier High School
- Earned seven total letters in indoor and outdoor track and field
- Also earned three letters as a linebacker and offensive lineman on the football team
- Won the discus state, regional and district championship as a senior
- A two-time team captain on the track squad; also captained the football team
