Steve Hinrichs is in his 11th year at Navy, where he serves as an Associate Director of Equipment Operations.

Prior to Navy, Hinrichs served as Assistant Equipment Manager with the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League for three years.

Hinrichs earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from Sacred Heart University in 2003.

He currently resides in Annapolis with his wife, Christina, and twin daughters, Abigail and Olivia.
