Pat Phillips is in her 27th year at Navy, where she serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Administrative Affairs.
Prior to her current position, Phillips had worked with the Ticket Office, Business Office, Sports Information Office and Athletic Administration for Navy. Before her arrival in Annapolis, she fulfilled the role of Purchasing Agent and Assistant Director of Public Relations for Manor Care, Inc. national headquarters in Silver Spring, Md.
Phillips earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Strayer University and earned a master's degree in management from the University of Maryland University College. She currently resides in Annapolis.
