Why digital ticketing?Digital tickets use email or text messaging to send your tickets directly to you after purchase. Digital ticketing will greatly reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets while providing the ability to easily manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time.
What are the benefits of digital ticketing?
There will be contactless entry into the stadium, a reduced risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and it will allow an immediate transfer of your tickets to a friend at any time.
How does digital ticket delivery work?
You will receive an e-mail from tickets@usna.edu. Simply click the link in the e-mail before leaving for the stadium and save to your digital wallet. You can also get to it by logging onto your account on navysports.com.
Will my parking pass also be delivered digitally?
Yes, your parking pass will be delivered in the same manner as your tickets.
How do I ensure that I can access my tickets on game day?
Add all of your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet before leaving for the stadium.
Can I have multiple tickets on my smartphone for entry?
Yes, simply swipe to pull up the tickets individually to scan.
What if I have a large number of tickets (such as a suite holder) and I want to issue them to my guest(s) ahead of game day?
You can manage your tickets online and transfer them to all of your guests electronically. You can transfer a specific seat and game or multiple seats and games.
The recipient will receive a text message with a link to accept and download their tickets. Please click here to sign in and manage your account.
What if my guest(s) and I arrive to the venue at different times?
You can transfer your tickets at any time, but it is recommended that you do so 48 hours prior to arriving on game day.
What if my smartphone dies on game day?
You can visit our ticket office on game day at the North end of Navy Marines Corps Memorial Stadium for assistance.
Can I print out the QR code and use for admission?
No. A smartphone must be used to scan the tickets for entry.
When will I receive my season tickets? July 23, 2025
When will I receive my season parking?
You will receive you season parking pass the same day that tickets are sent out. Be on the look out for two emails, one with your tickets and a second with your parking pass.
How do I access my tickets?
You can always log into your account at www.navysports.com. Go to the ticket ticket dropdown at the top of the main page and click on Manage My Account . Or click here to take you directly to your login.
Once in your account click on My Events and this is where you will find your tickets.
What happens if my All-in-1 ticket disappears from my wallet?
Go to the app or website on your phone and download from there
Who can I contact if I need assistance to ensure that I have done everything correctly?
On game days visit the Navy Ticket Office located at the north end of Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium or by e-mail at tickets@usna.edu.
During the week please contact us at 1-800-874-6289 between the hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday.
