- Posted the team’s long hitting streak of the season, recording a hit in 12 straight games from March 11 to March 26
- Notched a team-best 22-game on-base streak from March 11 through April 12
- Recorded a hit in 38 of the Mids’ final 43 contests on the season
- Registered Navy first hit of the season at No. 19 Virginia on Feb. 17 via a first-inning single
- Threw out a career-high four runners on Feb. 26 against Air Force, the most by a Navy catcher since Jeff Bland’s four runners caught stealing against Towson on March 9, 2011
- Smashed first home run of the season on March 1 against Coppin State with a second-inning solo shot
- Posted first multi-hit game of the season on March 4 against UMass, doubling and scoring once
- Tallied three consecutive two-hit games from March 18-25, including a pair of two-RBI contests
- Saw 12-game hit streak snapped on March 29 against UMBC when he tallied a career-high three walks at Camden Yards

- Compiled a .225 batting average while slugging .313 behind five doubles and a triple
- He recorded 18 hits and scored 10 runs for the Midshipmen
- Notched a three-hit, three-RBI contest against Holy Cross on April 25
- Behind the plate, he collected 124 putouts and six assists for a .992 fielding percentage

- Selected as a Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-American in 2020
- Led the team  in batting average after notching a .368 mark in 12 games
- He also finished with a team-best .526 slugging percentage and was second on the team with a .457 on-base mark
- He finished third on the team with nine RBI and chipped in with four doubles and a triple, as his 14 hits ranked fourth on the team
- Smith’s breakout game came on March 1 against Massachusetts after going 4-for-5 with five RBI, two runs scored and a pair of doubles
- He became the first player in Patriot League history to be selected as the Patriot League Player and Rookie of the Week during the same week on March 3
- Behind the plate, he threw out a pair of runners on the base-paths while finishing with 33 putouts and four assists

- Was a four-time baseball letter winner and a three-time football letter winner at St. Margaret’s Episcopal School
