High School
- Played three seasons of baseball at Chaminade High School
- Helped Chaminade win the 2022 New York CHSAA state championship
- Teammates with Stony Brook’s Mike Cervoni, Binghamton’s Sean Sweeney and LIU’s Jimmy Ernst
- Also played football for two seasons and wrestled at Chaminade
- Was a member of the Senior leadership and parish religious education programs at Chaminade

- Son of Joseph and Sandra Carroll
- Has two sisters, Regan and Quinn
- Father was a football letterwinner at Notre Dame before serving in the U.S. Marine Corps
