Beatty serves as the Director for Marketing and Promotions for Navy Athletics.

Prior to Navy, Beatty spent a year working as a Marketing Assistant with Vanderbilt Athletics and was a Marketing Graduate Assistant at Southern Miss from 2016-2018.

A native of Kalamazoo, Mich., Beatty graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management in 2016 and he earned a master's degree in sport management from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2018.
