2021 (Senior)
- Thompson made his lone appearance of the season on Senior Day against Lehigh on May 2 where he recorded a pair of plate appearances
 
2020 (Junior)
- Thompson played in seven games making four starts
- He posted a .357 batting average to post a career-high
- Finished the 2020 season with five hits and a pair of RBIs to go along with a .438 on-base percentage
- Started the season with a three-game hitting streak during Navy’s three-game set against Georgetown
- Recorded RBIs against Georgetown on Feb. 15 and on March 8 against UMBC
- Notched eight putouts for Navy during the season
 
2019 (Sophomore)
- Thompson played in 10 games and made three starts for Navy
- He notched his lone hit of the hit year on March 16 against Bucknell, which also drove in a run for the Midshipmen
- He also recorded an RBI on April 16 against Georgetown
- Thompson also drew three walks during the year
 
2018 (Freshman) 
- Thompson played in 13 games and started twice during his freshman campaign
- His first collegiate start came at home against Coppin State on Feb. 28, where he capped off a stretch of getting a hit in three-straight games and he also recorded his first career RBI
- First collegiate hit came on Feb. 23 against Air Force and he notched hits only extra base hit of the season in the series finale against Air Force on Feb. 25
- Thompson finished the season with three hits, four RBIs and a run scored

High School
- Lettered all four years at South Pointe HS on the baseball team under the direction of coach Joel Taylor
- Named to the 2016 and 2017 All-Region 3-3A and Rock Hill Herald All-Area Teams, as well as to the 2017 North 3A/4A South Carolina All Star Team
- Key contributor on South Pointe’s 2017 team that won the Class 4A Region 3 and Class 4A Upper State titles before finishing runner-up in the Class 4A South Carolina State Championship tournament
- Named to the 2017 Perfect Game All-Atlantic Region Honorable Mention team
