• At Navy: Enters the fall battling Tony Brown for the starting job at striker ... coming off a solid freshman campaign ... moved to striker after playing safety last year ... has good ball instincts ... has earned one varsity letter.

• 2019: Appeared in all 13 contests ... finished the year with 11 tackles, including half a sack and half a tackle for loss ... also intercepted 2 passes and broke up another ... member of a defensive unit that made huge strides from 2018 to 2019 in numerous statistical categories - rushing defense (90th to 10th), passing defense (75th to 39th), total defense (86th to 16th), scoring defense (103rd to 34th), third down defense (121st to 20th), pass efficiency defense (117th to 68th), sacks 129th to 55th), tackles for a loss (129th to 53rd) ... the defense jumped from 37 tackles for a loss in 2018 to 80 and 10 sacks to 30 ... the 80 tackles for a loss are the fifth most in program history, while the 30 sacks are the third most ... pitched in a tackle against Army ... credited with his first career pass breakup in the Mids’ win over SMU ... recorded his second interception in the last three games and turned in a tackle in the win at UConn ... primarily played special teams over the first four contests, including making his collegiate debut in the Mids’ season-opening victory over Holy Cross ... pitched in a tackle against USF and also made the first interception of his career ... part of a defensive squad that held USF to just 3 points, the fewest points by an FBS opponent since Navy defeated Army, 17-3, in 2009 ... USF was also held without a touchdown, marking the first time the Mids, as a team, did not give up a touchdown since Dec. 30, 2013, when they beat Middle Tennessee in the Armed Forces Bowl, 25-6 ...
