Courtney Weiner is in her third year at Navy as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting for football. Weiner came to Navy from Columbia, where she served as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting for the football program in 2022 and was a recruiting assistant for the Lions in 2021.
Weiner was a recruiting and operations assistant for the football team at Elon as an undergrad from 2017-20 and an intern in the communications office at Elon in the spring of her senior year.
A 2021 graduate of Elon, Weiner earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's in sports management from Columbia in 2023.
