•    High School / Personal: A 2018 graduate of Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum, Utah, Foulger served Missions for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Madellin, Colombia (March 2019-March 2020) and Baltimore (June 2020-December 2020) ... was originally offered a football scholarship to Utah State by former Navy assistant and then head coach Matt Wells, but Wells left Logan for Texas Tech and the new staff rescinded the offer to Foulger ... three-sport athlete who earned letters in baseball (2), basketball (1) and football (4) ... garnered All-Region and All-Valley honors in football as a junior ... four-year football team captain, he also served as captain of the baseball and basketball teams as a senior ... member of the National Honor Society ... son of Gregory and Cimberlee Foulger ... majoring in operations research.
