• 2020: Appeared in 9 of the 10 contests ... recorded a solo tackle against Memphis ... made a solo stop in the win over Temple ... part of a defensive effort that saw the Mids hold Tulane scoreless in the second half and to just 82 yards of total offense over the final 30 minutes of a 27-24 victory ... chipped in a tackle in the Mids’ opener against BYU.

• 2019: Appeared in 8 games ... closed out the year with 10 tackles, including a sack ... also forced a fumble ... pitched in a tackle at UConn ... tallied a career-high 4 tackles in the win over USF ... produced a pair of tackles at Tulsa, including his first-career sack and tackle for loss ... also credited with 2 quarterback hurries ... chipped in a tackle in the win over Air Force ... turned in the first 2 tackles of his career, while also forcing a fumble in the win over East Carolina.

• High School / Personal: A 2018 graduate of Smiths Station High School, Williams was a three-sport athlete who earned letters in football (3), track & field (4) and wrestling (3) ... two-time OA All-Area First-Team selection in football, who also garnered first-team all-city and all-region honors ... served as captain of the football team as a senior ... also a first-team all-city performer in track and wrestling his senior year ... received offers from Troy, Richmond and The Citadel ... member of the National Honor Society ... son of Weiser Johnson and Tawanna Williams ... majoring in oceanography.
