• At Navy: Enters the fall listed as the starter at fullback ... has earned one varsity letter.

• 2020: A member of the punt return, kickoff and kickoff return teams, he saw action in all 10 games ... recorded tackles against BYU and Temple.

• 2019: Appeared in 10 contests ... closed out the year rushing for 109 yards and a touchdown on 29 carries ... was Navy’s second-leading rusher at Notre Dame, carrying the ball 9 times for a career-high 44 yards and featured a career-long run of 26 yards ... rushed for 12 yards on 4 carries at UConn ... carried the ball 8 times for 18 yards at Memphis ... rushed for 24 yards on 3 carries against East Carolina in the AAC opener ... made his collegiate debut in the Mids’ season opener against Holy Cross where he carried the ball 4 times for 10 yards and scored his first-collegiate touchdown, a 2-yarder.

• High School / Personal: A 2018 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, Ruoss was a three-sport athlete who earned letters in baseball (2), football (3) and track & field (1) ... two-time All-Section 1 performer who earned All-State (Pa.) honors as a senior ... two-time First-Team All-Berks selection who was named the Berks Back of the Year his senior season ... recorded 205 of the team’s 430 rushing yards and scored six touchdowns against William Penn to punch Governor Mifflin High’s ticket to the 2017 District 3 Class 5A Championship Game ... the six scores were just one shy of the district playoff record held by LeSean McCoy ... set school records with 1,789 rushing yards, 29 rushing touchdowns in a season and 45 over a career ... also received offers from Air Force, Brown and Yale ... a member of the National Honor Society ... son of Joel and Melodee Ruoss ... majoring in quantitative economics ... carries a 3.87 grade-point average overall.
