• At Navy: Enters the fall listed as a starter at striker ... voted tri-captain by his teammates, which is the greatest honor a student-athlete at the Naval Academy can earn ... a starter in 20 games during his career (9 So // 11 Jr) ... has earned two varsity letters.

• 2021: A starter on defense in 11 of the 12 games in which he played ... closed out the season as the team’s second-leading tackler with 54 ... recorded 3.5 tackles for loss and a sack ... also had 3 QB hurries, broke up a pass and recovered a fumble ... part of a defensive unit that held Army scoreless in the second half, marking the first time Navy has shut out an opponent in the second half since its remarkable victory over Tulane in which the Mids outscored the Green Wave 27-0 to win 27-24 on Sept. 19, 2020 ... Navy also held Army, the No. 2-ranked rushing offense in the country averaging 301.2 yards per game, to just 124 yards rushing ... it was the Black Knights’ second-lowest rushing output during the season (108 vs. Air Force) ... produced 8 tackles, including a half a tackle for loss in the win over Army ... also broke up a pass against the Black Knights ... turned in a pair of tackles at Temple ... • High School / Personal: A 2019 graduate of Gonzaga College High School, Marshall was a two-sport athlete who earned letters in basketball (2) and football (3) ... a three-time First-Team All-WCAC selection, who also garnered First-Team All-D.C. honors ... earned First-Team All-Met recognition as a senior ... caught the game-winning Hail Mary touchdown pass as time expired from current USC quarterback Caleb Williams to defeat top-seeded DeMatha, 46-43, in the 2018 WCAC Championship Game ... it was the program’s first WCAC title since 2002 ... high school teammate of Navy football players Aaron Davis and Colin O’Connor ... volunteered at a homeless shelter (The Father McKenna Center) that is located on the campus of Gonzaga HS ... also involved with S.O.M.E.
