• At Navy: Enters the fall running even with Tama Tuitele for the starting job at WILL linebacker ... recruited by both the Navy football and lacrosse programs, elected to play lacrosse and not football as a freshman before switching to football as a sophomore ... put on 18 pounds in the offseason ... has earned 1 varsity letter.

• 2020: A starter in 1 of the 7 games in which he played ... finished the year with 13 tackles, including a tackle for a loss ... made his first-collegiate start in the Mids’ season finale at Army where he produced 4  tackles, including his first-career tackle for a loss ... turned in 3 tackles against Tulsa ... chipped in a pair of solo stops at SMU ... part of a defensive effort that saw the Mids hold Tulane scoreless in the second half and to just 82 yards of total offense over the final 30 minutes of a 27-24 victory ... made his collegiate debut on the football field in the Mids’ opener against BYU where he pitched in 4 tackles.

• 2019 (Lacrosse): Saw action in one game in a season cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic ... made his collegiate debut in the Mids’ 19-3 win over Furman where he caused a turnover.

• High School / Personal: A 2019 graduate of Quince Orchard High School in Gaithersburg, Md., Hodges was a three-sport athlete who earned letters in basketball (1), football (3) and lacrosse (4) ... a 2018 First-Team All-Met football player (inside linebacker) who helped lead Quince Orchard HS to the 2018 Maryland 4A State Championship at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium ... garnered Honorable Mention All-Met honors in lacrosse his junior year ... also considered Army (lacrosse / football) and Rice (football) ... cousin, Katie Slay, was an All-American volleyball player at Penn State (‘14) ... son of Brian and Michele Hodges ... majoring in operations research.
