•    2025: Closed out the year averaging 59.6 yards on 63 kicks ... kicked 6 times for a 61.2 average in the Mids’ Liberty Bowl win over Cincinnati ... averaged 60.2 yards on 4 kicks against Army ... kicked off 5 times at Memphis for an average of 52.8 yards ... averaged 60.4 yards per kick on 8 kicks against #25 South Florida ... kicked off 3 times for a 44.7 average at Notre Dame, kicking 1 of the 3 out of bounds ... averaged 63.7 yards on 3 kicks at North Texas ... kicked 7 times against Florida Atlantic and averaged 58.0 yards per kick ... averaged 62.8 yards on 6 kicks at Temple ... returned to Navy’s primary kicking off duties against Air Force where he kicked 6 times and averaged 64.7 yards ... lost his kicking off job during the Tulsa and Rice contests ... averaged 64.1 yards on 7 kicks against UAB in the American opener ... handled 7 of Navy’s 9 kickoffs in the opener against VMI, averaging 63.7 yards.

•    2024: Averaged 58.5 yards on 4 kicks in Navy’s win over Oklahoma in the Armed Forces Bowl ... posted a 52.0 average on 6 kicks against Army ... averaged 55.8 yards on 6 kicks in the win at East Carolina ... his lone kick against Tulane was a 45-yarder ... averaged a season-high tying 65.0 yards on 4 kicks at USF ... kicked off 3 times at Rice for a 53.7 average ... averaged 61.3 yards on 3 kickoffs against #12 Notre Dame ... kicked 8 times for 490 yards (61.2) in the Mids’ Homecoming win over Charlotte ... matched his season-best kickoff average of 65.0 yards on 6 kicks at Air Force ... owned a 61.0 average on his 8 kickoffs at UAB ... averaged 50.1 yards on his 9 kickoffs against Memphis ... kicked off 6 times against Temple in the AAC opener, averaging 62.0 yards ... made his collegiate debut against Bucknell, taking the final 2 kickoffs of the game where he booted both 65 yards.

•    High School / Personal:  A 2023 graduate of Louisville Male High School in Louisville, Ky., Gossett was a four-year football letter winner ... two-time (Jr, Sr) First-Team All-District kicker, who also earned recognition as a punter his senior year ... also garnered Courier Journal First-Team All-State (Ky.) honors as a senior kicker ... served as team captain his senior year ... helped guide the team to three (Fr, So, Jr) district titles ... additionally Louisville Male HS appeared in the Kentucky Class 6A Championship in each of his four years, finishing as the runner-up in all four games ... as a senior, he made 43 of his 45 PATs and 8 of 12 field goals ... the 8 field goals were the 4th most in the state ... father, Jeff, is a 1992 graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College where he was a member of the football team ... mother, Melanie, is a graduate of Brescia University where she was a member of the women’s basketball team ... brother, Blake, played at Georgetown College in Georgetown, Ky. and graduated in 2024 ... brother, Dalton, is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky where he was a two-year football letter winner (2018-19) ... son of Jeffrey and Melanie Gossett ... majoring in oceanography, he has a 3.15 grade-point average.
