Broke through during her junior season and stepped up when injuries damaged the team’s frontcourt depth; started the final 12 games of the season for the Mids … scored 118 of her 169 total points over those 12 starts (9.8 points per game); additionally averaged 6.8 rebounds per game down the stretch … faced off with the Patriot League Player of the Year Bucknell C Ashley Sofilkanich on Feb. 1 and went for a career-high 20 points on 7-11 shooting to go along with nine rebounds … recorded first career double-double at Lehigh on Feb. 12 with 18 points and 11 rebounds on 8-10 shooting over 35 minutes of action … was the Mids’ third-leading scorer in Patriot League play with 7.7 points and grabbed the second-most rebounds at 5.8 per contest; ... ranked tenth in the Patriot League in rebounding average for league-only play … finished the season with overall averages of 5.5 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists on 45.4 percent shooting over 19.5 minutes per game

2023-24 (Sophomore)
Played in 20 games as a reserve post … finished with 31 total points and 25 rebounds over 95 minutes of action … played a season-high 18 minutes at Wagner on Nov. 30 and netted seven points on 3-5 shooting to go along with four rebounds and three steals … grabbed a season-best six rebounds against Goucher on Dec. 19 … made first career three-pointer in Navy’s Patriot League Tournament first round matchup against Lafayette on March 9

2022-23 (Freshman)
Appeared in 26 games as a reserve freshman forward … finished the campaign with strong individual performances with a season-high eight points at Colgate on Feb. 25 followed up two games later with six points and four rebounds at American in the Patriot League Tournament on March 4 … grabbed four or more rebounds in seven different games, including a season-high five caroms four times … totaled 33 points (1.3 avg), 55 rebounds (2.1), 10 steals (0.4) and six blocks (0.2) over 231 minutes (8.9).

High School
A two-sport athlete at Benet Academy, Demos played basketball and volleyball (middle blocker) ... helped Benet win the East Suburban Catholic Conference (ESCC) Championship all four years she suited up for head coach Joe Kilbride's squad ... Benet won three regional championships and a pair of 4A sectional titles in 2019 and 2022 ... as a senior, Demos helped Benet finish fourth in the 2022 IHSA Class 4A State Championship; earlier in her career Benet placed fourth in the 2019 state tournament ... named All-ESCC, as well as All-DuPage County Second Team and the Chicago Tribune Naperville Sun All-Area Second Team in 2020-21 ... concluded her career by earning the MVP award of the 2021 Showcase in the Park event and a spot on the Morton College Christmas All-Tournament First Team ... served as team captain as a senior ... teammate of Nebraska's Kendall Moriarty ('25) and Indiana's Lenee Beaumont ('27)  ... played on the club circuit with the Illinois Lady Lightning and head coach Mike Seberger.

Daughter of Harry and Sarah ... older sister, Madison, played basketball collegiately at the Merchant Marine Academy (Class of '23) and was named Second Team All-Skyline Conference in 2021-22 after grabbing 11.0 rebounds per game (total of 298 was 16th in NCAA DIII for '21-22) ... off the court, she was a member of the National Honors Society all four years at Benet ... 2022 recipient of the American Legion School Award.
