Biography
As a Sophomore: Bart competed in eight events as a crew this season. His best results were second-place finishes at the Tom Curtis Memorial Regatta, the Tom Noble Team Race and the MAISA/SAISA. He was named to the MAISA All-Academic Team at the conclusion of the year.
As a Freshman: Bart competed in eight events as a crew during his first year at the Naval Academy.His best results were wins at the Arrigan Memorial Regatta and the Pinkerton. He also earned a second at the WAC team race and the David Lee Arnoff Regatta.
Prior to Navy: Grew up in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Graduated from Carlisle High School in 2017. Throughout high school he did swimming and tennis. Son of Stephen and Lauren Winn.
