Biography
As a Sophomore: Connor competed in 16 regattas as a skipper, and one as a Crew. His best results include a 1stplace at the Truxtun Umsted Coed Showcase, and a 1stat the Navy Spring regatta. Connor had an additional 7 regatta podium finishes.
As a Freshman: Connor competed in 7 regattas as a skipper. His best finishes were a 2ndplace in the MAISA Laser elimination and a 3rdat the Owen Trophy.
Prior to Navy: Connor grew in locally in Annapolis, Maryland where he attend the Severn School. While in high school, Connor competed on his sailing team for four years, helping his team reach the national championships three years while he was there. Connor has a younger sister Caroline and parents Mike and Tori Bayless.
