Biography
As a Junior: Competed in 6 regattas. Competed in the MAISA Match Race Championship in addition to collegiate dinghy regattas during his fall season. Highlights included a first-place finish at the Washington College Fall open during the fall, as well as first in the Tom Noble Team Race, second in the Washington College Team Race, and second in the Connecticut Valley Dinghy Championship Trophy during his spring season.
As a Sophomore: Competed in 6 regattas. He placed first at the Navy Team Race Invite and second at both the Washington College Team Race and the Robert P. Arrigan Memorial Regatta.
Prior to Navy: Native of Apollo Beach, Fla., attending Lennard High School. He played football and sailed in high school. He was a member of JROTC and the Boy Scouts and started a non profit organization for troops overseas. He was a member of the student government.
