Biography
As a Junior: Jack sailed in the Crab Claw regatta and finished 24 out of 39.
As a sophomore: Jack competed in two dinghy regattas finishing 5th place in both, and in two small keel boat events.
As a Freshman: Jack Competed in 8 regattas as a skipper and two regattas as a crew this season. Some of Jacks most notable finishes include a first-place finish at the Jeremy A. Pinkerton Memorial Regatta, and a second-place finish at the Central Late Fall. Jack had four additional podium finishes this season.
Prior to Navy: Grew up in Youngstown, NY and graduated from Lewiston Porter High School in 2018. Jack sailed C420’s at Youngstown Yacht Club, Lightning’s, J22’s and J70’s. Before Navy, Jack also ran Track, Cross Country, and swam.
