- Averaged 16.4 points, 3.6 assists and 3.3 steals as a senior and led team to an 18-12 record.
- Selected as the 18-4A District Offensive MVP as a junior after averaging nearly 16 points.
- Played AAU ball for the Houston Fever.
- Also attended Waco High School earlier in his career, where he played basketball and golf.
