2006-07: 
Saw action in the 1,000-meter, 1,500-meter, mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter events ... posted five victories on the year (twice in 1,500-meter run, once in 1,000-meter run, mile run and 5,000-meter run) ... helped break the school record in the 4x800-meter outdoor relay at the Patriot League Championship ... also scored points at the league championships in the 1,000-meter and 1,500-meter events ... qualified for the IC4A Championship in the mile run following a 4:09.15 showing at the Iowa State Classic ... lettered with the cross country team in the fall ... saw action in seven meets, placing among the top-20 runners on three occasions. 

2005-06: 
Primarily competed between the 1,000-meter and mile run events as a sophomore ... finished third at the Penn State National Open in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:25.13 ... placed third at the Patriot League Championship with a 4:23.50 clocking in the mile run ... one week prior, posted a 4:09.25 effort in the mile run .... ran a season-best 3:52.49 time in the 1,500-meter run ... competed in six meets with the cross country team ... registered two top-20 performances. 

2004-05: 
Served on an indoor 4x800-meter relay group that recorded a 7:43.52 time at the Patriot League Championship ... posted season-best time of 2:29.72 at the Penn State National Open in the indoor 1,000 meters ... also timed at 4:18.00 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic during the indoor season ... placed second against Colgate, Rhode Island and Rutgers with a 9:45.25 showing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase ... raced in one meet with the cross country team.

Attended Jersey Village High School ... lettered four times in cross country, three in track and one in soccer ... track team won District 16-5A Championship in senior year ... won the 1,600 and 3,200 meters in district championship ... crowned cross country district champion during senior campaign.
