2016-17 Track (Junior): 
Competed in the 800m and the 1,000m runs during the indoor season, while running the steeplechase during the outdoor season ... Posted a season-best time of 1:58.65 at the Navy Open in the 800m, while clocking a 2:36.00 in the 1,000m run ... Finished with a season-best time of 9:27.97 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the George Mason Spring Invitational. 

2015-16 Track (Sophomore):
Placed fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet with a time of 9:51.20. 

2014-15 Track (Freshman):
Recorded a season-best time of 9:32.26 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the George Mason Spring Invitational ... Ran a 1:59.45 at Navy's home winter indoor meet in the 800m ... Tallied a 4:12.19 in the 1,500m at the Navy Invitational.

2014 & 2015 Cross Country:
• Did not compete in varsity races

High School/Personal:
• A three year letterwinner in cross country at Timber Creek, where he also lettered four years in track and field
• Named team captain in both cross country and track and field
• Was a leg on the 4x800m relay team that won the conference championship in 2014
• Garnered all-conference honors in both cross country (2012, '13) and track and field (2013, '14)
• Member of the National Honor Society
