Lettered in cross country and track & field throughout his four years at Providence Day School … two-time North Carolina state cross country champion winning the 2018 and 2020 NCISAA 4A Boys Championship …  state champion in the 3,200m race at the NCISAA DI Outdoor Track & Field Championship in 2019 and 2021; placed third in the 1,600m at the ’21 event … earned All-North Carolina state honors all four years of participating in cross country (2017-18-19-20), as well as twice in TF … Providence’s school-record holder in the outdoor 1,600m event … won a total of six state team titles over his high school career (four in XC and two with TF) … son of Eric and Donna … father ran XC and TF all four years at the University of North Carolina … a pair of HS teammates will be competing collegiately; Colter Nichols (Davidson XC ’25) and Femi Cole (Stanford TF ’25).
