2012-13 (Senior Cross Country Season) - Earned All-Mid-Atlantic Region honors by placing 23rd at the NCAA All-Mid-Atlantic Region Championship
- Navy's top finisher in three races

2011-12 (Junior Season): - Clocked a 14:36.08 to win the 5,000m at the Princeton Dual with an IC4A-qualifying time
- Placed 10th at the Wesley Brown Invitational in the 5,000m run at 14:46.57
- Ran an 8:31.80 in the 3,000m run to place second in the Navy Quad Meet
- Competed in seven races during the cross country season
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
2010-11 (Sophomore Season): - Scored and placed fourth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship in the 10,000m with an IC4A-qualifying time (30:56.12)
- Took first place in the Widener Invite in the 10K with a time of 30:59.00
