2011-12 (Senior Season):  - Helped the Navy men's cross country team win its fourth straight league title by placing eighth at the league championship meet and earning All-Patriot League Second Team honors
 - Was named the Patriot League Cross Country Runner of the Week four times
 - Was the medalist in Navy's win over Army in the cross country Star Meet 
2010-11 (Junior Season):  - Set a Navy indoor school record in the 3,000m with a first-place time of 7:55.12 at the Alex Wilson Invitational at Notre Dame. The time just missed the NCAA automatic standard by .72 seconds
 - Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 5,000m run, placing 30th with a time of 14:35.31
 - Was a double winner at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (3,000m and DMR)
 - Set a Patriot League Championship Meet record in the 3,000m (8:07.51)
 - Won the 1,000m (2:25.33) and the mile (4:05.85) at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet
 - Won the mile run at the Navy Six-Team Meet (4:06.72)
 - Won the 3,000m at the Wesley Brown Invite (8:12.91)
 - Ran the 800m leg of Navy's distance medley relay team that won the Patriot League Indoor title (9:56.23)

 - Ran a 3:50.84 in the finals of the 1,500 to place seventh and earn All-East honors 
 - Also earned All-East honors with an eighth-place finish in the mile 
 - Won the 1,000 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2:28.85) 
 - Was a runner-up at the Patriot League Indoor Championships in the mile (4:09.69) 
 - Earned two runner-up finishes at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships in the 1,500 and the 4x800 
 - Placed second only to teammate Andrew Hanko in the 1,500 at the outdoor league meet 
 - Also went 1-2 with Hanko at the outdoor Star Meet in the 1,500 
 - Won the mile at the indoor meet versus Army

 - His time of 3:50.52 ranked him third among conference runners and first among conference freshmen 
 - Ran leg on Navy's 4x800 unit that took second at indoor league meet 
 - Was also a factor on team's DMR relay that ran a season-best 10:03.53 at IC4As
