2020 Cross Country (Freshman Season):
Did not compete in either of the Mids' two meets in an abbreviated 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
High School / Personal: Competed with Dover-Sherborn High School’s cross country, indoor track and outdoor track teams … won the Tri-Valley League individual championship in back-to-back years, 2018 and 2019 … duplicated his results at the 2018 and 2019 MIAA Eastern Mass Division 5 and the MIAA Division 2 State Championships as he placed third at the regional meet and fourth at the state competition both years … helped Dover-Sherborn win the TVL Championship in 2018 … competing in the 2019 outdoor season, Fried placed second in the mile run at both the MIAA Eastern Division IV and MIAA All State Championships … holds the Tri-Valley League’s record for the outdoor mile run … named the 2019 MetroWest Boys Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year … 2020 Dover-Sherborn HS Male Student-Athlete of the Year … son of Dale and Diana.
