2020-21 // Junior Year
• Made appearances in a pair of tournaments, placing 56th at the Battle at Rum Pointe (164, +20) and 17th at the Rolling Green Intercollegiate (73, +3)
• Also played in dual matches against George Washington, Howard and Richmond
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2019-20 // Sophomore Year
• Did not see any varsity action
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2018-19 // Freshman Year
• Saw action in three tournaments, including making his collegiate debut at the Bucknell Invitational where he turned in a 6-over par 146 to place 25th
• Finished 33rd at the Lehigh Invitational with a 12-over par 156 and competed at the Navy Spring Invitational
• Closed out the year with a 77.33 stroke average

High School
• 2016 graduate of Bishop England High School in Charleston, S.C.
• Four-year golf letter winner who was a member of back-to-back-to-back (2013-15) South Carolina High School State Championship golf teams
• Was the 2016 South Carolina Division AA State Championship individual runner-up
• Two-time (2014, ‘16) South Carolina AA All-State and All-Lowcountry selection
• Volunteer with the American Red Cross and at the YMCA of Greater Charleston

Personal
• Son of Jeff and Karen Burton
• Majoring in Quantitative Economics, he owns a 3.22 grade-point average
• Has earned Superintendent’s (F2019, S2020) and Commandant’s (F2018, S2019, F2019, S2020, S2021) List accolades multiple times, while also being named to the Dean’s List (S2021)
• Attended Clemson University during the 2016-17 academic year, followed by the Naval Academy Prep School in 2017-18
• Named to the NAPS Superintendent’s List and served as a Platoon Commander at NAPS
• Father, Jeff, played tennis at Washington & Lee (1986-89)
