2018-19 (Jr.) — Played in seven of the nine events over the course of the season and posted the team’s second-lowest average (75.12) ... finished among the top 20 in four tournaments, including two top-five performances ...  paced the team in a pair of tournaments - Bucknell Invitational and Navy Spring Invitational ... put forth a strong showing in the fall where he placed among the top 16 in three events ... opened the year with a 16th-place finish at The Doc Gimmler with a 2-over par 212 (71-72-69) and followed up with a fifth-place mark of 140 (E) at the Bucknell Invitational ... the fifth-place finish marked his first career top 10 and it also featured the lowest round of his career with a 68 in the final round ... closed out the fall with an 11th-place finish at the Lehigh Invitational with a 7-over par 151 ... his spring season was highlighted by a fourth-place finish at the Navy Spring Invitational with a 4-over par 146 (72-74) ... it marked the best finish of his career.

2017-18 (So.) — Owned the team’s fourth-lowest stroke average (77.17) among the eight events in which he competed ... his best performance of the year was in the spring-opener at The Legacy Intercollegiate where he placed eighth with a 4-over par 220 ... shot a similar mark (73-76-74=223) at the 3M Augusta Invitational where he placed 51st ... finished 27th at the Patriot League Championship with a 16-over par 232 ... made his NCAA Regional debut where he posted a 33-over par 249 and placed 73rd at the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club ... earned a 4&2 victory over Army’s Justin Williamson in the annual Star Match.

2016-17 (Fr.) — Competed in seven of the nine events over the course of the season where he owned a 77.56 average ... shot a 5-over par 145 to place 15th at the Bucknell Invitational in what was his collegiate debut ... his performance at Bucknell featured his low round of the season, a second-round 69 ... followed up with a 25th-place finish at the rain-shortened Navy Fall Classic where he shot a 3-over par 74 in his lone round ... placed 39th in his first Patriot League Championship appearance with a 16-over par 226 ... paired up with team captain Connor Tallman to defeat Army-s Peter Kim and Nick Turner, 2&1, in the four-ball portion of the annual Star Match to help lead the Mids to a 6-5 win over Army, their first at West Point since 2010.

More on Garbee — A 2016 graduate of Christ School in Arden, N.C., Garbee was a four-year golf letterwinner whose team won the 2014 state title and was the runner-up in 2013, ‘15 and ‘16 ... named CAA Player of the Year and was an All-WNC selection his senior year ... as a junior he garnered Honorable Mention All-WNC recognition ... shot a 2-under par to take medalist honors at the Tom Fazio Junior Masters in 2015 ... member of the National Honor Society ... former high school teammate Chris Akers plays at East Carolina, Michael Freeman plays at Davidson and Aaron Graham plays at Appalachian State ... majoring in Quantitative Economics ... son of Hank and Sarah Garbee.
