Prior to Navy:
• Participated at the club level with Sandhills Gymnastics and head coach Anita Kelso
• Collected eight North Carolina State Championship event wins: 2020 (AA, R, VT, HB); 2019 (FX, VT) and 2018 (R, PB) … placed third in the all-around at both the 2018 and 2019 championships
• Earned Sandhills’ Gymnast of the Year Award in 2020
• Teammate of Army’s Miguel Aquino (’23) at Sandhills
• Graduated as part of Union Pines High School’s Class of 2020; member of the Key Club and NJROTC at Union Pines

• Son of Mark and Yuko
• Born in Washington state before moving east and growing up in North Carolina
