Prior to Navy:
• Competed with Artistic Sports Academy Plus Gymnastics under the direction of Barry Mattern and Travis Shelton. Navy gymnasts Eric Poletti ’16 and Wyatt LaPointe ’17 were members at ASAP alongside Correale
• A five-time Junior Olympic National Qualifier
• Three-time Region 7 Level 10 champion: 2013 – High Bar, 2015 – All-Around, 2015 – Rings
• Named a USA Gymnastics Academic All-American all four years of high school (2012-15)
• Away from the gym, was a four-year member of the National Honor Society, as well as a four-year catechist aide at St. Catherine Laboure Church
General:
• Son of Lewis III and Laurie
• Brother, Lewis IV, graduated USNA in 2015
• Athletic family as father played two years of baseball at Bloomsburg University, while brother suited up for four years on Navy’s sprint football team
• Enjoys skiing, swimming and golfing in his free time
