Biography
Prior to Navy:
• Trained at Texas Dreams Gymnastics under the tutelage of Nori Iwai
• Teammates at Texas Dreams with Stanford's Jun Iwai ('29), Cal's Liam Deweese ('29), JD Ehinger ('29) and Davide Comparin ('29), Army's Thomas Morrow ('29), Air Force's John Hults ('29) and Arizona State's Trey Thompson ('29)
• Texas Dreams won the 2025 USA Gymnastics Men's Development National Championship
• Competed at the 2025 Elite Cup and won the team title with the Region 3 squad
• Placed fourth on the high bar at the 2025 Winter Cup (Jr. division)
• Qualified for and competed at the 2023, 2024 and 2025 Men's Development Program National Championships
• Two-time National Champion: parallel bars champion at the 2023 event and high bar champion at the 2024 meet
• 2023 Texas State and Region All-Around Champion
• Earned USAG Academic All-American honors in 2023, 2024 and 2025
• Member of the diving team at Hickory High School (Va.); 2022 1-meter Region 5A and Virginia Class 5 champion
General:
• Son of Chris and Jamie ... father is a retired U.S. Marine
• Born in Maryland before attending school in Virginia (Hickory HS) and graduating from Coppell High School in Texas
• Pastimes include playing the guitar, sewing, clothing and shoe customization and volunteering
