• Ranked 19th on Navy’s all-time faceoff wins list with 86 over three seasons
• Just 14 wins away from becoming the 17th player in program history to win 100 draws
• Joined the list after winning 14 of 21 draws against Lafayette (5.1.21)
2021 // Junior Year
• Appeared in 8 of Navy’s 9 contests where he was ranked #28 in the country and #2 in the Patriot League in faceoff winning percentage (71-132, 53.8)
• Navy’s leader in ground balls (31), he stood #56 nationally in ground balls per game (3.88) and #5 in the Patriot League
• Won just 7 of the 22 faceoffs he took against Bailey Savio and Loyola in the Patriot League Quarterfinals ... recorded his first-collegiate caused turnover and grabbed 3 ground balls
• Won 14 of the 21 draws in Navy’s win at Lafayette to join Navy’s all-time top-20 faceoff wins list ... also grabbed 6 ground balls
• Making his first career appearance in the annual Star Game, he won 10 of the 17 (58.8) draws against #10 Army ... came up big in the fourth quarter where he won 4 of the 5 faceoffs after Army’s Stevie Grabher won 4 of the 6 in the third quarter
• Head coach Joe Amplo called Jarosz the difference maker in the Mids’ 14-12 win at #15 Loyola (4.17) ... he won 10 of the 13 draws (76.9) in the second half, including each of the final three in the contest ... won just 5 of the 12 draws (41.7) in the opening half
• In the first meeting with Loyola, Bailey Savio won 19 of 28 draws and grabbed 16 ground balls ... Jarosz was able to keep Savio in check, as the All-Patriot League FOGO won 12 of 27 draws in the second meeting and picked up just 4 ground balls
• Navy’s most successful FO specialist against the nation’s top FO man Mike Sisselberger at Lehigh ... Jarosz went 4 for 12
• Gave Navy a lift at faceoff against Loyola (4.3), winning 4 of the 9 draws he took
• Struggled in the Mids’ league opener against Bucknell where he was 0 of 3
• Garnered Patriot League Faceoff Specialist of the Week honors after winning 17 of 23 draws (73.9) in the win over Jacksonville, while also grabbing a career-high 10 ground balls ... entered the game with 28 career faceoff attempts, having won 15 and only had 3 career ground balls
• After the two teams split the 6 draws in the opening quarter, Jarosz won 14 of the remaining 17 in the game, including 10 of 11 in the second half
• The 17 wins by Jarosz are the most by a Navy player since March 16, 2019, when Nick Barry won 17 at Loyola
• The 10 ground balls are the most by a Navy player since Joe Varello grabbed a career-high 14 against Loyola on March 17, 2018
2020 // Sophomore Year
• Part of a faceoff unit that won 22 of 26 draws (84.6) against Furman
• The 22 wins tied as the third most in program history and the most since the Mids won 23 of 32 against VMI in the 2015 opener
• The 84.6 winning percentage goes down as the fifth best in Navy history
• Won 4 of the 5 draws he took against the Paladins and grabbed a pair of ground balls
• Also dealt out his first collegiate assist in the Furman contest
2019 // Freshman Year
• Saw action in 4 games, including making his collegiate debut in the Mids’ loss to #3 Maryland where he went 1 for 2
• Won 11 of the 21 draws he took over the course of the year
• Recorded career highs in faceoffs won (6) and attempted (13) against Princeton
• Won 3 of the 4 draws he took against Bucknell in the Mids’ league opener
High School
• 2018 graduate of Severn School in Severna Park, Md.
• Three-sport athlete who earned letters in football (3), lacrosse (2) and wrestling (4)
• Garnered First-Team All-MIAA and all-county honors in lacrosse his senior year
• Second-team all-county football player his senior year
• Placed fifth at the state championship in wrestling as a sophomore and fourth as a junior

• His service assignment is Navy Pilot
• Majoring in Quantitative Economics, he owns a 3.37 grade-point average
• Has earned Commandant’s (F2018, S2019, F2019, S2020, F2020, S2021) and Dean’s (F2019, S2020) List accolades
• Also considered Air Force, Boston University, Furman, UMBC and Providence
• High school teammates Joel Mandish (2018), Henry Rentz (2019) and John Mandish (2020) are also members of the Navy lacrosse team
• Brother, Jon, is a sophomore at the Naval Academy and a starting attackman on the lacrosse team
• Grandfather, Larry Lavely, is a 1960 graduate of the Naval Academy
• Cousin, Joey Breen, is a 2012 graduate of the Naval Academy and was a member of the wrestling team
• Father, Mark, attended Salisbury where he was a member of the wrestling team
