2024 // Sophomore Year
• Appeared in 8 games where he posted 2 assists and 2 ground balls
• Recorded his second assist of the season on Carter Ash’s second extra-man goal against Bucknell
• Dealt out an assist to Carter Ash in the Mids’ win over Holy Cross

2023 // Freshman Year
• After battling a toe injury for the first few months of the season, made his collegiate debut in the Mids’ conference road game at Colgate where he recorded 2 assists and grabbed a ground ball
• Saw action in 9 games over the season, primarily as a member of the Mids’ extra-man unit

High School 
• 2022 graduate of Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, Md.
• Two-time (2021, ‘22) lacrosse team captain, the first two-time captain in Archbishop Spalding’s lacrosse history
• Garnered Second-Team All-County honors as a junior
• Member of club teams that won the NHSLS Fall Championship (2020 and Summer Championship (2021), three time Naptown Summer Championship (2018, ‘20, ‘21), Lake Placid Championship (2021) and Nike National All-Star Summer Championship (2020)
• Member of the National Honor Society

Personal
• Son of Tom and Alex Ripley
• Majoring in Quantitative Economics
• Has earned Commandant’s (F2022, S2023, F2023) List accolades multiple times
• Grandfather, the late Col. John W. Ripley, was a 1962 graduate of the Naval Academy and went on to become a decorated Marine Corps officer ... he received the Navy Cross for his actions in combat during the Vietnam War, as well as the Silver Star ... he was the first Marine to be named a Distinguished Graduate, the highest and most prestigious award given by the Naval Academy
• Father, Tom, is a 1993 graduate of VMI where he was a member of the lacrosse team
• Mother, Alex, is a graduate of Bucknell where she was a member of the equestrian team
• Uncle, Stephen Ripley, is a 1988 graduate of Virginia and was a member of the rugby team
• Cousin, Scout Ripley, is a 2023 graduate of VMI where he served as team captain of the lacrosse team last spring ... he was VMI’s leading goal scorer in 2021 and ‘22 and the team’s point leader in 2022
• Cousin, King Ripley, is a 2023 graduate of Maryland and a member of the lacrosse team that went 18-0 and won the 2022 National Championship
• Uncle, John Ripley, is a 1996 graduate of VMI and was a member of the lacrosse team
• Cousin, Jack T. Ripley, is a 2020 graduate of the Naval Academy
• High school teammates Jackson Roberts (Jr) and Coleman Ruiz (Fr) are also members of the Navy lacrosse team
