Career Honors: 2019 King's Cup Member
2020: Season cancelled in March due to COVID-19 pandemic.
2019: Got a late start to the season, suiting up in Navy's fourth race with the 3V8 before moving up to the second varsity eight for the final four races of the campaign, including both the Eastern Sprints and IRA Championship ... Competed with Navy's King's Cup crew that won the title at the 2019 Henley Royal Regatta, also won the Willott Taylor Trophy in 8+ competition at the 2019 Marlow Regatta.
2018: Raced the entire season (nine regattas) with the first varsity eight crew.
2017: Began season with two races in the third varsity boat before suiting up with the second varsity for four straight races, including the Eastern Sprints; raced with 3V8 at IRA Championship.

Prior to Navy
Rowed at The Pomfret School, as well as lettered twice in soccer as a center back at The Pomfret School ... Won gold medals in the junior men's eight and coxed four as a member of the U.S. Junior National Team at the 2014 CanAmMex Regatta ... Participated with the 2015 U.S. Junior Worlds Development Team in Spain ... Served as team captain of Pomfret's crew program in 2015 and 2016.

Son of Rob and Melissa ... Both parents were athletes at UConn with his father a track & field athlete and mother a soccer player ... Brother Mitchell played soccer at Rutgers (2012-15) and is currently a professional with Sacramento Republic FC of the USL ... Sister Amy was a four-year member of the track & field program at the University of Miami (2015-18).
