At Navy
2022: Raced in all six regular season events (five times with the second varsity eight and once with the third crew) before representing Navy in the 2V8 at the Eastern Sprints and IRA National Championship.
2021: Suited up with the second varsity eight in all six competitions as a sophomore, including at the IRA National Championship.
2020: Season cancelled in March due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to Navy
Three-sport athlete at Catholic High School in Virginia Beach; lettered in swimming (2 years), cross country (1) and track & field (1) ... Finished fifth in the 50-yard freestyle race at the 2017 Virginia 6A South Regional Swimming Championship

Son of Bernadette and the late Paul Ostrowski ... Both of his parents were 1993 graduates of the Naval Academy … Uncle John Ostrowski ('91), cousin Madeline Ostrowski ('18) and older siblings Claire ('20) and Luke ('20) have all also graduated from USNA … Paul (baseball: '89-93), Bernadette (swimming: '89-93), Madeline (soccer: '14-17), Claire (cross country/track: '16-20) and Luke (ice hockey: '16-20) all participated in athletics at the Naval Academy.
