Honors: 2024 IRCA Scholar-Athlete
2024: Raced with the fifth varsity eight in the first three meets before moving up to the third varsity boat for the final two regular season and both postseason regattas. 
2023: Saw action in all in five regular season contests, three with the second varsity eight and two with the third varsity, before racing with the 3V at both the Eastern Sprints and IRA National Championship.
2022: Suited up in four regular season races and later at the Eastern Sprints all with Navy's fifth varsity eight crew

Prior to Navy
Four-sport athlete at South River High School: competed in outdoor track & field (4 letters), indoor track & field (3), soccer (2) and cross country (1) ... Served as team captain of his indoor and outdoor track & field squads as a senior in 2020-21 ... Helped South River capture the 2020 Maryland Class 4A East Regional Indoor T&F Championship ... Competed at South River along current Navy XC/TF runner Sam Keeny ('24)

Son of Michael and Heather ... Father graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with the Class of 1997 and currently is a Captain in the U.S. Navy ... Grandfather Paul graduated from the Academy in 1970 ... Uncle Jeff is a USNA Class of 2000 ... Both his father and uncle participated in athletes at Navy, as his dad played ultimate frisbee and his uncle was a thrower on the track & field team.
