2025-26 // Junior Year 
Fall Season: Appeared in all six games, including two starts … Scored two tries for 10 total points … Scored his first try of the season in a 59-19 win over Mount St. Mary’s … Added his second try of the season in a 21-16 comeback victory against Army in the Army-Navy Star Game.

Spring Season: Earned his second consecutive CRAA All-America honor … Played in all seven games for Navy, making two starts … Scored three tries for 15 points … Scored his first try of the spring in a 52-8 victory over Mount St. Mary’s … Scored two tries in the CRAA Playoffs to help Navy reach the national championship game … Scored in the opening round of the playoffs in a 40-11 victory over Mary Washington and in the semifinal victory over Life (35-21).

2024-25 // Sophomore Year 
Fall Season: Played in eight matches, making three starts, to help Navy secure its third straight Rugby East Championship.
Spring Season: Appeared in six matches, making four starts … Scored his first try of the season in a 29-26 victory over No. 14 Penn State … Ran in his second try of the season in the first round of the DI-A National Championship Playoff against the Nittany Lions … Named to the CRAA Division I-A All-American team.

2023-24 // Freshman Year 
Fall Season: Appeared in four matches with three starts to help Navy post an 11-0 record during the fall and win its second straight Rugby East Conference Championship … Scored two tries to finish with 10 points.
Spring Season: Appeared in eight matches with four starts, helping Navy reach the CRAA DI-A National Championship for the second straight season … Totaled three tries and 15 points during the spring … Scored a try in Navy’s 27-17 victory over Life in the CRAA Playoff semifinal … Ended his freshman campaign with five tries and 25 total points.

High School 
A 2023 graduate of Houston High School in Germantown, Tennessee … Earned four varsity letters in football and competed for the 901 Rugby Club … Helped 901 Rugby win the 2023 15s state title … Played for the U.S. All-American Team and U.S. Junior National Team … Served as team captain of 901 Rugby his junior and senior years.

Personal 
Son of Matthew and Stephanie Bullock … Brother, Ryan, is a 2023 graduate of the Naval Academy and started for Navy in its 28-22 victory over California in the DI-A National Championship Game … Majoring in quantitative economics … Works with a local church to help feed the homeless during the summer.
