Academic Information
•                   Applied mathematics major.
•                   Has received academic honors from the USNA in three semesters.
•                   Was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2024.
 
2023-24 / Junior
•                   Scored points in three events at the Patriot League Championship, placing eighth in the 200 free and 16th in the 100 free and 500 free.
•                   Also swam on Navy’s winning 800 free relay team.
•                   Set a new career-best time of 1:36.45 in the 200 free against Army.
•                   Won the 200 free four times and the 500 free once during the regular season.
•                   Also swam on one winning 200 free relay team.
 
2022-23 / Sophomore
•                   Scored points in three events at the ECAC Championship, placing fourth in the 200 free, fifth in the 100 fee and 10th in the 500 free.
•                   Also swam on Navy’s winning 400 and 800 free relay teams at the meet.
•                   Posted career-best times in each of his three events (44.91, 1:37.23, 4:27.90, respectively) during the championship.
•                   Won the 200 free once during the regular season.
 
2021-22 / Freshman
•                   Swam as an exhibition swimmer at the ECAC Championship, posting a career-best time of 4:33.00 in the 500 free during the meet.
•                   Also competed in the 100 free (46.35) and 200 free (1:39.51) at the championship.
 
High School
•                   Graduated from Hilton Head Island High School.
•                   Earned four letters in swimming at the school.
•                   Also swam for Hilton Head Aquatics.
•                   Served as the team captain as a junior and senior.
•                   Set school records in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle events.
•                   Earned four all-region accolades and was the region’s swimmer of the year as a senior.
•                   Won the state (S.C.) title in the 100 and 200 free as a junior and senior.
•                   Also swam on state title-winning 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams.
•                   The team won four regional titles and placed second in the state as a senior.
•                   Was a member of the National Chinese Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society.

•                   Father swam at Florida and mother swam at Arizona.
