Biography
Academic Information
• Naval architecture and marine engineering major.
• Has received academic honors from the USNA in three semesters.
• Was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2024.
Athletic Honors
• Earned second-team all-league honors in 2022 and ‘23.
2023-24 / Junior
• Scored points in three events at the Patriot League Championship, winning the consolation final in the 200 and 500 free events and tying for 14th place in the 100 free.
• Also swam on Navy’s winning 800 free relay team.
• Posted a career-best time of 44.96 in the 100 free during the meet.
• Swam on one winning 200 free relay team during the regular season.
2022-23 / Sophomore
• Advanced to the championship final in his two events at the Patriot League Championship, placing third in the 200 free and fourth in the 500 free and also finishing in 14th place in the 1650 free timed final.
• Swam on Navy’s winning 800 free relay team during the meet.
• Totaled three individual event wins and one in the 200 free during the regular season.
2021-22 / Freshman
• Scored points in three events at the Patriot League Championship, placing third in the 500 free, fourth in the 200 free and 11th in the 1650 free.
• Also swam on Navy’s winning 800 free relay team.
• Posted career-best times of 1:36.50 in the 200 free and 4:19.57 in the 500 free during the meet.
• Won the 200 free three times and the 500 free once during the regular season.
High School
• Graduated from Bishop Verot High School.
• Also competed for Swim Florida on the club level.
• Earned four letters in swimming at the school.
• Served as the captain of the team as a senior.
• Was a nominee for the News-Press Swimmer-of-the-Year award as a junior and senior.
• Was named the Rotary Scholar-Athlete of the Year as a senior.
• Won the state (Fla.) title in the 500 free as a junior and senior.
• Was a member of the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta and the Spanish Honor Society.
