Naval Academy Athletics

Academic Information
•                   Mathematics with economics major.
•                   Was named to the Patriot League All-Academic Team in 2024.
•                   Has received academic honors from the USNA in four semesters (four times on Superintendent’s List).
•                   Was named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in 2023 and ‘24.
 
Athletic Honors
•                   Earned Second-Team All-Patriot League honors in 2024.
 
2023-24 / Sophomore
•                   Scored points in three events at the Patriot League Championship, as he placed fourth in the 100 breast, tied for fifth in the 50 free and won the 100 free consolation final.
•                   Set career-best times in all three events at the meet.
•                   Posted efforts of 53.45 in the 100 breast, 19.88 in the 50 free and 44.11 in the 100 free.
•                   Swam on relay teams that won the 400 medley and placed second in the 200 free.
•                   Won four relay events during the regular season.
•                   Attained an NCAA B cut times in the 100 breast.
 
2022-23 / Freshman
•                   Advanced to the championship final in two events at the ECAC Championship, tying for sixth place in the 50 free and placing seventh in the 100 free.
•                   Also finished in 21st place in the 100 breast.
•                   His 100 free time of 44.90 at the meet was a career-best effort.
•                   Was part of one winning 400 free and 200 medley relay teams during the season.
 
High School
•                   Graduated from Redwood High School.
•                   Also swam for North Bay Aquatics.
•                   His high school team won the league title in 2019 and placed among the top-three teams at the 2022 CIF sectional meet.
•                   Was part of the 200 free relay team that set a sectional record as a senior.
•                   Also is the school record-holder in the 100 breast and 50 free.
•                   Was named the MVP of his high school team as a senior.
•                   Served as the president of his class in each of his first three years and as the student body president as a senior.
•                   Earned AP Scholar Honors with Distinction.
 
Personal
•                   Sister is a junior on the volleyball team at Penn.
