2010-11 (Junior Season):
- Earned IC4A All-East honors by placing eighth in the 1,500m run with a PR time of 3:48.92
- Also earned IC4A All-East honors for a fourth-place finish in the 4x800m relay at the outdoor meet (7:27.55)
- Took first place in the 800m run at the Army-Navy Outdoor Star Meet with a season-best time of 1:52.50
- Scored and placed sixth in the 1,500m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship
- Took first place in the 1,500m at the Widener Invite
- Ran a leg of the 4xMile Relay that took sixth place at the Penn Relays Championship of America race (16:32.59)
- Won the mile run (4:09.66) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship as the Mids went 1-2-3 in the event
- Won the 800 at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet with an indoor season-best time of 1:54.10
- Scored and placed fifth in the 500m run at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2:28.33)
- Ran an indoor season-best time of 2:25.78 to win the 1,000m at the Navy Six-Team Meet
- Ran a 8:20.01 to win the Navy Invitational in the 3,000m run
- Also won the 3K at the Princeton Dual with a time of 8:22.59
- Posted IC4A-qualifying times during the indoor season in the 800m, 1,000m, mile, 3,000m and 4x800m relay

2009-10 (Sophomore Season):
- Team's top 1,000 performer and one of the top mid-distance runners on the team
- Set a new PR in the 1,000 (2:26.27) to place second against Army
- Earned IC4A All-East honors after placing second in the 1,000 with a time of 2:29.11
- Was the top seed for the 1,000 final after a time of 2:26.58 in the prelims
- Also earned All-East honors as a the anchor leg of the 4x800 relay team
- Part of the Distance Medley Relay team that won the Patriot League Championship
- Established a new PR in the 3,000 to win the Princeton Dual (8:19.44)
- Placed third in the 1,500 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a career-best time of 3:49.07
2008-09 (Freshman Season):
- Second-ranked miler in the Patriot League behind senior teammate Andrew Grant
- Posted PR of 4:08.80 to finish in sixth and earn All-East laurels at IC4A meet
- Earned second-team all-league laurels after placing second in the mile as part of a 1-2 Navy finish with Grant; also was point scorer in 1,000 with fourth-place finish
- Displayed terrific versatility, finishing year ranked among top-eight league runners in four different events (mile - 2nd, 1,000 - 7th; 1,500 - 7th; 3,000 - 8th)
- Was an IC4A qualifier in two of those events (mile, 3,000)
- Placed fourth in the 1,500 at the outdoor league meet
- Steady contributor against Army, earning third-place finishes in 800, 1,000 and mile
High School / Personal:
- A 2008 graduate of Salesianum School in Wilmington, Del.
- Earned four letters in cross country and track
- Was a three-time All-American on the track
