2018-19 (Senior Season): Distance runner who primarily saw action in the 1,000m and 1-mile runs during the indoor season and the 1,500m and 5,000m during the outdoor campaign … During the indoor season, posted a season-best time of 2:28.23 in the 1,000m at Princeton, while notching a time of 4:09.65 in the mile at the Navy Invitational … During the outdoor season, clocked a season-best time of 3:52.24 in the 1,500m at the George Mason Invitational, while registering a season-best time of 14:33.03 in the 5,000m at the Virginia Challenge … Also ran the 10,000m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship, crossing the finish line in 31:20.71 to finish in the top 10 (7th) … In the classroom, named First Team CoSIDA Academic All-District.
2017-18 (Junior Season): Ran the second leg of Navy’s 4x800m relay team that earned Second Team All-Conference accolades at the 2018 Patriot League Outdoor Championship, clocking a season-best time of 7:34.82 … Finished third at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet in the 3,000m with a season-best time of 8:20.19 … Posted hist best performance in the 5,000m at the Patriot League Championship for both indoors (14:40.63) and outdoors (15:18.48) … Clocked a season-best time of 9:23.46 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the PL Outdoor Championship.
2016-17 (Sophomore Season): Competed in the middle distance events, taking part in the 1,000m, 1,500m, and 1-mile races during the indoor season and the 1,500m run throughout outdoors … Clocked a season-best time of 2:35.22 at Princeton in the 1,000m … Had season-best times of 3:59.96 (outdoor) at George Mason Spring Invite and 4:03.00 (indoor) at the Navy Invite in the 1,500m, while clocking a 4:16.43 in the 1-mile run at the Navy Open.
