2019-20 (Freshman Season): INDOOR: Competed in the one-mile run at the Navy Select, registering a time of 4:17.35 … OUTDOOR: Did not compete during the outdoor season, which was shortened by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
 
High School / Personal: An eight-time letterwinner at Conestoga Valley High School: four in each of cross country and track and field … Won the 2018 Lebanon-Lancaster League 1,600m Championship in the spring ahead of capturing the 2018 Lebanon-Lancaster League Cross Country Championship in the fall; named the 2018 L-L League Cross Country Runner of the Year … Finished third at the 2019 PIAA District 3 AAA Championship in the 1,600m run and eighth at the same event at the PIAA State Championship … Team captain for Conestoga Valley during his junior and senior seasons with both teams … Participated in the LCBC Ephrata Youth Ministry … Son of Calvin and Lorie … Sister Erin (‘20) runs track at East Stroudsberg University.
