2011-12 (Junior Season): - Placed 10th in the heptathlon at the Patriot League Indoor Championship with 4086 points
- Claimed second place in the heptathlon at the Navy Six-Team meet with a season-best 4498 points
- Took 11th place in the decathlon at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship with 4791 points
- Was the second-ranked heptathlete in the high jump during the indoor league meet with a clear of 6-6¼ (1.99m) - Placed second among all decathletes in the high jump at the outdoor league meet with a clear of 6-2¾ (1.90m)
2010-11 (Sophomore Season): - Placed third and scored at the Patriot League Indoor Championship in the heptathlon
- Tallied 4,725 points in the heptathlon, the fourth best total in school history
- Placed second among heptathletes in the high jump at the indoor league meet at 6-7½
- Also was second in the pole vault (13-7¼) and fourth in the 1,000m (2:49.91)
- Competed in the decathlon at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship, placing eighth
- Took second in the high jump among decathletes with a clear of 6-4¾
2009-10 (Freshman Season): - Ran 1 1:00.28 in the 400m hurdles at the Navy Three-Team Meet in his only action of the season
High School / Personal: - A 2009 graduate of Tumwater High School
- Earned four varsity letters in track and field, competing in the high jump, hurdles, pole vault and 400m
- Also lettered four times each in cross country and wrestling
- Was the team captain of the track and field team in 2009 and won the Most Inspirational award
- Also captained cross country and wrestling teams
