- Ran a 8:40.83 in the 3,000m to place sixth at the Navy Four-Team Meet 2009-10 (Freshman Season):
- Clocked an indoor season-best time of 8:29.41 in the 3,000m to place seventh at the Navy Invitational
- Also placed third in the 3K at the Navy Quad Meet
- Ran a 15:04.23 to take second in the 5,000m at the Navy Invite
- Clocked a 15:14.82 to take fifth in the 5,000m run at the Widener Open during the outdoor season High School / Personal:
- A 2009 graduate of Oyster River High School
- Earned three letters in cross country, four letters in indoor track and four letters in outdoor track
- Helped team win IMS Indoor Championship in 2007
- Two-time all-state honoree in cross country and indoor track
- Four-time all-state honoree in outdoor track
