Biography

As a sophomore, Johnson was the youngest skipper aboard the Colgate and represented Navy on one of its two boats in the Fall Keelboat Regatta. During his freshman campaign, Johnson trimmed main on Colgates, Then was Mast and Assistant Navigator on NA-23 Defiance for Annapolis to Newport, New York Annual, and Block Island Race Week.
