At Navy: While on VOST, he served as pit on a Navy 44, Helmsman and XO on the Farr 40 RANGER, Helmsman/ XO on the J/122 Dolphin, and Skipper of J/105 DREADNOUGHT ... competed in the Annapolis Newport Race, Marion to Bermuda Race, Southern Bay Race Week, NYYC Race Week, Around Martha's Vineyard Race, Block Island Race Week, Around Long Island and various local events.
